We encourage our patrons to use the system. Customers whose ARS applications have not been approved or received can enter only after the approved customers have entered. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

ARS Reservation Method
A day before entry, call 033)590 – 7400 (ARS) and press your resident registration number based on the voice instruction. After closing the reservation, the applicant will receive an email with information about completing the registration and the verification code. The same applies to foreigners. 033)590-7400(ARS).
ARS Entry Number Check
10 minutes (18:10 ~ 18:30) after the closing of a reservation, the entry number is sent via mobile phone text message service (from no. 1 to no. 4,000).)
- The admission order will be decided by random lottery using the computer system after the application deadline for (admission) reservations.
- Note, however, that the receipt of the text message can be delayed depending on the situation.
Ticket Purchasing Hours
You can buy your ticket starting from 04:11 on the desired entry day.
If you buy your ticket after 10:00, however, you will have difficulty entering with your entry number.
After the distribution of the ARS lucky number, the admission tickets will be issued until the end of the admission period in serial number order.
After the end of admission through serial number order, the new serial numbers will be issued regardless of the ARS lucky number.
Admission to the Casino
- Customers who obtained approval in ARS : Enter the casino in numerical order starting at 10:00
- Customers whose applications have not been received in ARS and other customers : Receive your entry number starting from 2001 and buy a ticket starting at 06:11.
- In case of a person with limited access authorization, his/her admission and receipt of the admission ticket will not be permitted regardless of the ARS reservation or ARS lucky number.
