Guide to Breach of Regulations
- Please contact us by 17:00 at least 6 days before your reserved date when canceling.
- Unavoidable penalties will apply for cancellations made on last-minute cancellations (day of reservation – 5 days before the day of reservation) and no-shows.

Calculation Standards by Hole
- When the club chooses to close due to uncontrollable circumstances such as heavy rain, snowfall, and other disasters
- When puddles form on the fairway, rendering it impossible to play from the point the ball is located to within 10m of the point on a same line
- When puddles form or water flows on the green, rendering it impossible to play from the point the ball is located to within 10m of the point on a same line

Rules for Using the Golf Course
In order to secure fairness and safety of the High1 C.C., you must abide by the operating regulations and rules, and access to the golf course may be refused in the event that you fall under the following paragraphs.
- You may not use burners, etc. for heating or cooking while at the High1 C.C.
- Smoking is forbidden in accordance with the enforcement of the National Health Promotion Act. As such, you may only smoke in designated smoking areas, and may not smoke in areas, such as courses, where the act may become the cause of fires.
- You may not bring the following items with them into High1 C.C.
- A. Animals or birds (pets)
- B. Alcohol, food, items that give off strong and foul odors, etc.
- C. Ignitable or flammable substances such as gunpowder and gasoline
- D. Firearms or blades that customers have not obtained legal permission to carry
- You may not engage in gambling and other acts that corrupt public morals, and must not do or say anything that troubles others during their time in High1 C.C.
- Visitors who have not registered may not enter any places other than the public facilities.
- You may not bring food from outside into High1 C.C.
- You may not distribute advertisements to customers within High1 C.C.
- You must be careful when using the facilities and equipment within High1 C.C.
- A. Any use besides their intended use is forbidden
- B. They may not be taken out of High1 C.C.
- C. Caution must be exercised when handling ignitable or flammable substances
- Please store any valuables (including large amounts of cash) at the High1 C.C. Front Desk. We do not take any responsibility for the loss or theft of any unstored valuables.
- You may not wear outfits that are not allowed by the club at High1 C.C.
- You may not engage in any dangerous activities or any activities that cause damages to the assets of High1 C.C., either through deliberate design or grave negligence, within High1 C.C., and High1 C.C. may claim compensation for any damages occurred as a result of such activities.
- 12. Smoking is forbidden in accordance with the enforcement of the National Health Promotion Act. As such, you may only smoke in designated smoking areas.
- You may not engage in activities that delay games, violate golf etiquette, go against the game operation policy of High1 C.C., or inconvenience other people.
