- Feedback was received that it was difficult to provide fair evaluations for partner companies within the pre-existing evaluations system because it was reliant on the person in charge of management and that the contract article were mainly detrimental.
In order to fix this and to establish a more comprehensive evaluation system, incentives were used and evaluation articles were reinforced.
