Announcement of High1’s core values to realize Vision 2025

The development of human civilization is the result of continuous challenge by people with dreams.

Dreams create miracles in the lives of individuals on a small scale, but can engage the course of history on a bigger scale. Thanks to dreams, people were able to walk on the Moon and cure deadly diseases. The same goes with businesses because a business with dreams makes its employees passionate and changes people.

An organization's dreams are the bowls into which its employees' efforts are poured, and dreams make it possible for individuals and organizations to grow continuously. When our dreams are realized, our workplace will become one of Korea's representative brands filled with passion. Dreams cannot be fulfilled without sharing the same values and beliefs that all of us live up to.

Making efforts without standards and direction is like building a house on sand. The core value of an organization is the basis of regulations and standards that should be shared among all employees. It not only serves as a cornerstone of the organization's vision, but also as a value and root for employees of High 1 to cling to even in times of crisis.

The labor and management representatives declare the core value and role model for High 1 today in order to lay a foundation on the vision of becoming a pioneer of eco-friendly resorts and a leader in leisure culture. The core value is like a set of regulations and standards for business activities that all employees must adhere to, and the role model is like a guidepost with which to improve themselves. The labor and management representatives declare the shared values of High 1.

We solemnly declare that we will continue to share and support these shared values so that our organization can become one of the best companies in Korea and a powerful organization that produces some of the most talented staff.
