Guide to Use
  • Please enter the pool after doing sufficient exercise.
  • Only those who are 120cm or taller may use the pool.
  • Children who are under 120cm must be accompanied by a guardian. (Children should always stay within the reach of the guardian when using the pool.)
  • You must wear a life jacket when using the pool.
  • When the wave is being activated, it is very dangerous to lie face down or lie down on your back in the beach area (depth 1m or shallower), so please refrain from doing such actrions.
  • When the wave is being activated, the red zone and the yellow zone on the floor are the areas of frequent collision, so please cooperate to the safety guard’s controls.
  • Jumping in or diving when entering the pool is prohibited.
  • Those who are drunk, pregnant, and elderly and weak (65 or older) may not use the facility.
  • Those whose physical activity is limited, including those who have cardiovascular disease or circulatory disorders, are epileptic, or spinal abnormality such as neck/waist may not use the facility.
  • Water play equipment including tubes, snorkels, and flippers may not be used.
  • Wearing accessories that might cause accidents is prohibited. (watches, glasses, sunglasses, earrings, necklaces, etc.)
  • It is prohibited to use area with depth of 2.4m or deeper (wave area).
  • When the wave is coming, you might collide into the wall, so please stay away from the wall.
  • Inappropriate physical contact and actions that cause inconvenience to other users are prohibited.
  • Please actively cooperate to the lifeguard’s controls.
  • We are not responsible for any accidents caused by the customer’s negligence.
